Optiman Ehitus OÜ has been operating since 2006. Our workshop is in Kambja, Tartu County. We carry out construction and renovation work in Tartu and South Estonia, and install our metalwork across Estonia.
Our team consists of experienced craftsmen, and we take responsibility for every job from start to finish. Our main areas are metalwork (stairs, railings, fences and gates), construction and renovation work, and basement renovation. We have built over 400 basement storage units alone.
We take responsibility and see every job we start through to the end. Quotes are project-based, and before starting we agree on the scope, deadline and price. Every job comes with a 2-year warranty.
The company is managed by Valeri Tuopi, and the works manager is Ülar Liivapuu. Our workshop in Kambja (Põllu tn 11) is open Mon–Fri 8.00–17.00. This is where our metalwork is made.
